The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in clinical operations and biologics manufacturing to contribute to our mission. As a Clinical Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and implementing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Trial Management: Oversee all aspects of clinical trial planning, execution, and reporting, including protocol development, site selection, and data management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and internal policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation as required.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements, implement changes, and evaluate results.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in clinical operations, research, or related field; experience in biologics manufacturing desirable.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching program, and paid time off.
