Job Description

">
  • The Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of particular projects, ensuring they align with overall program objectives. This role will directly manage the implementation of CommunityCare Programs, Community Outreach, and Event Support.

Responsibilities

">
  1. Effectively communicate with community, volunteer, and partner groups.
  2. Oversee, coordinate, and lead on-site engagements, including workshops for stewards and beginning/end of season events.
  3. Participate in on-site workdays to meet residents and have face time with CommunityCare stewards.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships between project/program partners.
  5. Lead and manage assigned programs and projects through conceptualization, planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting.
  6. Prepare slides for assigned programs/projects to present at quarterly meetings.
  7. Participate in development activities as assigned, including writing proposals and building program budgets.
  8. Manage and work with Grounded staff members across leadership levels as part of assigned project teams.

Requirements

">
  • At least 4 years of working experience in a similar role or a Bachelor degree (BA, BS, etc.).
  • Reliable transportation and valid PA Driver's license required.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to Grounded's anti-racism pledge and framework.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding and/or willingness to learn project/program management techniques and methods.
  • Some experience with data analysis, reporting, and budgeting, or willingness to learn.
  • An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
  • Work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in meeting facilitation and/or community relations.
  • Ability to work independently, be flexible, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially using Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.
  • Experience leading public presentations, training, and speaking engagements.
