Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Asset Management Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading organization in the chemical industry.

Job Summary

The Senior Asset Management Specialist will be responsible for managing the asset integrity and reliability of our plant equipment, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. This role will also involve developing and implementing capital and maintenance expense budgets, as well as working with the plant Leadership Team to develop projects to improve plant productivity, capacity, product quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the asset integrity and reliability of plant equipment, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Develop and implement capital and maintenance expense budgets.
  3. Work with the plant Leadership Team to develop projects to improve plant productivity, capacity, product quality and safety.
  4. Troubleshoot operational and equipment problems and investigate opportunities for increased productivity.
  5. Coordinate the plant equipment shutdown and inspection program.
  6. Maintain all plant process safety information.
  7. Implement and maintain local standards, procedures, compliance auditing, regulatory compliance reporting, and consistency of management systems.
  8. Maintain the plant Preventive Maintenance program.
  9. Monitor the plant utility usage and develop programs for cost reduction.
Essential Qualifications
  1. Bachelor of Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, minimum 7 years' experience.
  2. Experience working in a PSM regulated chemical manufacturing environment.
  3. Direct experience in management of asset integrity and reliability and capital project execution.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly motivated, goal oriented strong team player.
