About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Ambassador. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping our customers achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions to meet those needs.
  • Process a wide range of transactions, including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Monitor and mitigate potential fraud risks, adhering to established operational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers.
  • Travel between branches in assigned local areas to support the market and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
  • At least 6 months of cash handling experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree
  • 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience
