Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive therapeutic services to patients and their families, promoting recovery and well-being in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapies and social services to address patients' unique needs.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, assessing patient safety and developing strategies to mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in a thorough and timely manner.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in healthcare and psychiatric settings, with a focus on therapeutic interventions and patient advocacy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapies and social services principles, with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
