Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate as a vital member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
2. Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments to identify functional limitations associated with various diagnoses.
3. Formulate individualized treatment plans aimed at reducing or resolving identified functional challenges.
4. Implement therapeutic techniques including thermotherapy, electrotherapy, exercise regimens, postural training, gait training, soft tissue mobilization, and training for independent living skills.
5. Maintain objective documentation of patient progress in symptom alleviation and functional restoration.
6. Engage with a diverse patient demographic, encompassing adolescents, adults, and elderly individuals.
7. Provide guidance and oversight to physical therapist assistants to ensure the achievement of patient-centered goals.
8. Report directly to the Manager of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with indirect supervision from the Lead Physical Therapist.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Eligibility for licensure in the State of Ohio.

Preferred:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
