Senior Counsel, Managed Care Expert
Larson Maddox is seeking a seasoned Senior Counsel to provide expert legal advice on managed care payor agreements and pre-litigation claims. This hybrid role is located in Nashville, Tennessee, and requires a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to, or eligibility for admission to, the Tennessee Bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on managed care payor agreements, including drafting and regulatory issues.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of managed care agreements.
- Analyze and ensure compliance with agreements, fraud and abuse, and anti-trust concerns.
- Oversee the use of outside counsel and collaborate with various departments on pre-litigation disputes.
- Engage with Communications, Government Relations, and Ethics and Compliance departments as necessary.
