Senior Marketing Program Manager

Thyme Care is a leading value-based cancer care enabler, collaborating with payers and providers to transform the experience and outcomes for individuals living with cancer. As the Senior Marketing Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing and automating our member enrollment and ongoing engagement strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage subject matter expertise in email marketing, direct mail, and SMS to manage B2C and provider programs leveraging marketing automation tools to build journeys using data and marketing best practices to inform campaigns.
- Develop and optimize awareness, enrollment, and engagement campaigns across various partnerships that grow brand presence.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute member journey maps to inform campaign builds and patient segmentation to build personas over time.
- Leverage Looker and other data modeling tools to understand, attribute, and develop marketing and engagement performance reports and offer solutions for challenges.
- Establish strong cross-functional relationships with various stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements:
- Experience in lifestyle marketing and healthcare, with a proven track record of developing impactful campaigns that engage and resonate with patients and providers.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to positively and creatively influence change and direction.
- Comfort with pace and ambiguity, with experience working in fast-paced environments and startups.
