We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at People Serving People. As a Multi-Age Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Development: Encourage children's social, academic, and developmental skills through engaging activities and play-based learning.
  • Parent Engagement: Welcome and communicate with parents, addressing their needs and concerns in a supportive and respectful manner.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Curriculum Development: Participate in planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, incorporating trauma-informed principles and sensory integration techniques.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Lead Teachers to build a cohesive and supportive team environment.
