Your Responsibilities
The Business Automation Solution Engineer acts as a trusted advisor and change agent, facilitating the transformation of business processes through Intelligent Automation by leveraging Octo's Business Automation and AI capabilities.
The selected candidate will:
- Conduct thorough reviews, analyses, and evaluations of business processes, requirements, and user needs.
- Independently devise and architect effective solutions that align with overarching business strategies, effectively removing bottlenecks and disruptions.
- Lead customer modernization workshops and prepare presentations that showcase supporting architectural solutions and design methodologies.
- Engage hands-on to assist clients in the implementation of proposed solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience with Business Automation tools, including hands-on expertise in workflow, rules processing, document ingestion, intelligent document processing tools, and content and case management products.
- Demonstrated ability to implement solution architectures from inception to completion, managing activities and technical risks while ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and CI/CD processes.
- Experience with cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and a practical understanding of containers and Kubernetes, with working knowledge of OpenShift.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with senior client personnel to workshop, analyze, modernize, and optimize business processes. Comfort in collaborating with highly skilled experts and client teams to deliver and implement intelligent automation strategies, including design, build, test, and deployment stages.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Several years of experience in content management solutions related to containers.
- Extensive experience in developing content management solutions.
- Significant experience in creating production workflow solutions.
- Proven track record in integrating and developing business automation solution architectures.
