Job Summary

At Samsung Electronics America, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, SMB Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the small and medium business (SMB) segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth in the SMB segment
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Manage and analyze sales performance data to optimize sales strategies

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of sales or sales operations experience
  • Experience with EPP programs SMB and/or partnership with HR/benefits managers preferred
  • 5+ years of technology or telecommunications experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of business development experience
  • Experience in the public sector, specifically government or military, preferred
  • 3+ years of experience working with, or for, a Fortune 1000 organization
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate business insights and requirements
