  • Facilitate discussions on technology requirements with decision-makers to secure necessary resources and approvals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent data analytics and reporting.
  • Proven experience in Organizational Development and HR strategies within a global organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute a technology strategy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with technology applications that support HR functions such as talent acquisition and compensation.
  • Strong capability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful business insights.
  • Experience in creating and delivering visually engaging reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to design custom visualizations.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and risks through data analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics or Data Analytics.
