We are seeking a highly skilled Physician to join our team at Consensus Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality medical services.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries, as well as provide preventive care and health education to patients of all ages.
- Prescribe and administer medications, perform routine vaccinations, and provide advice on personal health and hygiene.
- Request necessary tests and follow-up visits, and refer patients to specialists as needed.
- Provide direction to clinical and reception support staff, and ensure accurate and complete medical documentation for all patient care.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
- Licensed in the state of New Jersey.
- Board certified or Board eligible.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in area of practice.
- DEA controlled substances registration.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CPR/AED) certification.
- Strong computer skills with prior electronic medical record (EMR) use preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, hospital personnel, and community members.
