  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal staff to ensure seamless insurance verification and patient benefits communication.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance eligibility verification.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret medical benefits and communicate with healthcare providers.
  • Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD10 coding and medical terminology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer entry.
