LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Cash Management Specialist to join their team in Hayward, California. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with a passion for managing cash flow and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This Accounts Receivable Specialist role will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage outstanding invoices and resolve payment discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.

  • Process incoming payments, including checks, credit card payments, and electronic transfers.
  • Reconcile customer accounts to ensure all payments are accurately recorded.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or billing issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment reminders.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounts receivable processes.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to accounts receivable activities.
Requirements

To be successful as an Cash Management Specialist, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with relevant accounting regulations and principles.
