At Henry Ford Health System, we are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our Interventional Radiology department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and technical expertise in the performance of interventional radiology procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the performance of interventional radiology procedures, including angiography, embolization, and tumor ablation.
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound, to obtain high-quality images for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) with the advanced registry in Cardiac-Interventional Radiography (CI), Vascular-Interventional Radiography (VI), or Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography (CV).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IR Technologist.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
