Nesco Resource is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our team in a Production role at a leading Automotive Parts Manufacturing facility in Michigan.
- Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to operate Press Machines, perform Quality Inspections, and assist in the Assembly process.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Press Machines: Safely operate Injection Molding Presses to form various parts, ensuring high-quality production.
- Quality Inspections: Conduct thorough Quality Checks on parts to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Assembly: Assist in the Assembly Process, loading and unloading parts onto metal racks, and setting up work areas with necessary supplies.
- Material Handling: Handle boxes of parts and individual parts for paint processing, and remove parts from the molding machine.
- Documentation: Complete required documentation and notify Quality Assurance of any quality concerns.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Prior Manufacturing Experience preferred.
- Skills: Basic math skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift between 25 lbs. to 40 lbs.
