Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Federal Advisory practice. As a Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in leading application development teams in the delivery of ServiceNow solutions. You will be responsible for performing Scrum Master functions, leading business process definition and re-engineering, and creating wireframes and mockups for user stories.

Responsibilities

  • Scrum Master Functions
    • Conduct business needs identification and analysis
    • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings
  • Business Process Definition and Re-engineering
    • Lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis
    • Work with key customer sponsors and stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Requirements Development
    • Create wireframes and mockups for user stories
    • Develop and maintain user stories leveraging ServiceNow
    • Communicate requirements to development teams to ensure effective delivery
  • Liaison and Collaboration
    • Serve as a liaison between business owners, end users, and IT partners
    • Work with stakeholders, focus groups, and end users to analyze, evaluate, and develop business use cases and business process models
  • Project Management
    • Lead the flow of requirements from the product backlog into sprint planning
    • Provide a controlled, joined-up overall view of business and functional requirements
  • Documentation and Monitoring
    • Maintain requirements documentation to ensure all approved business requirements are up to date
    • Monitor progress and deadlines for each application development team

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of ServiceNow project management experience leading application development teams
  • U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Solid understanding of Agile processes and methodologies
  • Experience with requirements elicitation or the configuration of the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience of using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business change
  • Familiarity with implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
  • Applicant must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance
