We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Avid Technology Professionals, LLC. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM, Service Portal, HR Module, Asset Management, Change Management, and Custom Development.
  • Code Management: Develop code, hold code reviews, check in code, and help build the pipeline for continuous integration/continuous delivery.
  • Configuration Management: Create, maintain, and configure ServiceNow applications, including UI, workflow, and API.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests.
  • Consulting: Confer with clients to define their information technology goals and advise on the re-engineering of business processes to meet those goals.
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide expertise in standards and validations, group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer.
  • Project Coordination: Act as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of re-engineering efforts.
  • Awareness and Implementation: Champion awareness training and implementation of business processes.
  • Documentation and Testing: Develop process documentation, testing, workflows, and work plans.
  • Presentations: Lead workflow presentations to leadership and clients as required.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance: TS/SCI W/ Poly
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 6 years of related experience, or 4 years with a Master's degree, or 8 years with an Associate's degree.
  • Skills: Experience with ServiceNow tools, understanding of best practices across commercial and federal sectors, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong public speaking skills.
  • Agile Frameworks: Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development, including task management, stand-ups, sprint reviews, gathering requirements, and creating documentation.
Optional Skills
  • ServiceNow Certification: ServiceNow developer certification, preferably Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Application Specialist.
  • Programming Skills: Experience in HTML/CSS.
  • Threat Programs: Experience with threat programs.
