Position Overview

  • Collaborating with a team of Coaches.
  • Providing hands-on, real-time support with appointment scheduling.
  • Coaching, motivating, and guiding team members to achieve performance targets.
  • Assisting staff in delivering our established methodologies.
  • Encouraging team members to identify sales opportunities and customer cues.
  • Performing moderate-level supervisory duties to coordinate the operations of a customer service team.
  • This position requires in-person attendance.

  • Previous experience as a coach or supervisor in a customer service environment.
  • A proven history of successful sales closures.
  • A strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
