- Transaction Processing: Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other services, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Product Promotion: Promote and sell our products and services to members, providing them with information and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Quality Control: Verify work accuracy through ongoing quality control, ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly and efficiently.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Six to twelve months of experience in a customer service or cash handling position, or equivalent related experience.
- Skills: Good organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to utilize various types of office equipment.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, responding to new challenges with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
