Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing electronic units and subsystems, precision electromechanical assemblies, and mechanical units to ensure they meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use predetermined methods and operations to inspect in-process and completed products
  • Accept or reject defective or malfunctioning units or systems
  • Work from blueprints, diagrams, and inspection instructions to ensure quality
  • Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process control procedures
  • Perform line clearances after each lot to ensure all materials from the previous lot have been removed

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work any shift
  • Standard M-F, but could work OT and weekends
  • Must be familiar with Aviation Manufacturing practices
  • Must be comfortable using measurement tools and reviewing Re-Drawings
