Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing electronic units and subsystems, precision electromechanical assemblies, and mechanical units to ensure they meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use predetermined methods and operations to inspect in-process and completed products
- Accept or reject defective or malfunctioning units or systems
- Work from blueprints, diagrams, and inspection instructions to ensure quality
- Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process control procedures
- Perform line clearances after each lot to ensure all materials from the previous lot have been removed
Requirements:
- Must be available to work any shift
- Standard M-F, but could work OT and weekends
- Must be familiar with Aviation Manufacturing practices
- Must be comfortable using measurement tools and reviewing Re-Drawings
