About the Role

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. You will be expected to learn and complete various production tasks, assist in poultry processing, and contribute to manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work on 1st or 2nd shift schedules.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and complete production tasks to ensure efficient processing
  • Assist in poultry processing to meet quality and quantity standards
  • Contribute to manufacturing operations by identifying areas for improvement

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and be willing to adapt to changing circumstances.

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our company.
