Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Records Inspector Administrator to join our team at Exclusive Jets LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of maintenance records for all aircraft, engines, and APU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify maintenance records for correctness and completeness
  • Ensure all tracked inspections, maintenance, and parts are accurately updated in our records tracking system
  • Communicate with maintenance control and providers to obtain necessary paperwork or corrections
  • Assist planners and ops in maintaining accurate flight times and cycle information
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in data entry
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with web-based teaching and learning certifications
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in aviation (military or commercial)
Work Environment

Our team works in a typical office and computer lab environment with frequent interruptions. You will be exposed to loud noises, including airplane machinery and jet engines.
