Position Overview

Physical Rehabilitation Network is seeking a dedicated and licensed PT Clinic Director to oversee our outpatient orthopedic clinic.

Compensation: Competitive salary range from $105,000 to $120,000 annually, plus a quarterly incentive of up to 15% of salary and comprehensive benefits. Individual compensation may vary based on experience and job-related factors.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily clinical operations effectively.
  • Lead by example by maintaining a patient caseload and developing personalized care plans.
  • Utilize patient-centered metrics to enhance satisfaction and clinical effectiveness.
  • Oversee scheduling and payroll processes.
  • Engage with local referral sources and the community to promote business growth.
  • Train new staff members on their roles and responsibilities.
  • Identify and facilitate staff development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and insurance regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Current state licensure for practicing physical therapy.
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist.
  • Experience in sports and orthopedic therapy.
