Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including initial assessments and ongoing treatment planning.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
- Provide psychotherapy services, including individual and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risk.
- Document all client interactions and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a mental health setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid and current CPR certification.
- Current licensure as a Psychologist in the state of California.
