- Clinical Excellence: Uphold and enhance clinical standards by implementing best practices, overseeing staff training, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Business Development: Spearhead growth initiatives, build relationships with referring physicians, and explore opportunities to expand clinic services.
- Patient Relations: Foster exceptional patient relationships by addressing concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining the clinic's reputation for excellence.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- 1-2 years of experience in a director-level role.
- Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a rehabilitation setting.
- Strong business acumen and track record of driving clinic growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
- Experience in business development and strategic planning.
- Advanced skills in managing clinic operations and staff development.
