Position Overview

Physical Rehabilitation Network is seeking a dedicated and licensed PT Clinic Director to oversee our outpatient orthopedic facility.

Compensation Package: Competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $120,000 annually, plus potential quarterly incentives of up to 15% of salary, along with comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily clinical operations effectively.
  • Lead by example, maintaining a personal caseload and developing individualized care plans for patients.
  • Utilize patient-centered metrics to enhance satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
  • Oversee scheduling and payroll processes.
  • Engage with local referral sources and the community to expand business reach.
  • Train new staff members in their roles and responsibilities.
  • Identify opportunities for staff development to enhance clinical skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Current state licensure to practice physical therapy.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy role.
  • Experience in sports and orthopedic therapy is preferred.
