Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Environment Expert to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring that all public spaces and guest rooms are clean, well-maintained, and meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all public spaces and guest rooms
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.

You will also need to be physically able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and be able to stand for extended periods of time.
