Location: Remote
Compensation: $20.00/HR W2 (Potential increase upon permanent hire)
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Role Responsibilities:- Provide onsite support for hardware repairs and troubleshooting of both hardware and software systems.
- Analyze, maintain, and repair computer systems and peripherals.
- Document and upgrade hardware and software systems as necessary.
- Manage user account information, including permissions and security settings.
- Train staff, identify issues, and facilitate repairs, including ordering replacement parts when required.
- Address network connectivity issues and trace connections back to switches.
- Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support as needed.
- Represent the organization professionally and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Engage with users to address routine technical inquiries and provide information.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting PC hardware and software.
- Experience in providing hands-on support for server and network systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with mobile data plans and devices is a plus.
- A+ certification is preferred.
