Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

At Five Below, we're passionate about creating an amazing experience for our customers. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales, improving customer engagement, and leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing store operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory management.
  • Partner with the General Manager to analyze sales data, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to drive sales.
  • Lead a team of associates to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist with recruiting, training, and developing associates to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and control expenses, including labor, inventory, and shrinkage.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
