Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit enthusiasm and passion for the Nespresso brand at all times
  • Provide customers with the full Nespresso experience, including coffee tastings and engaging machine demonstrations
  • Increase product sales and machine registrations through best-in-class demos and knowledge of products
  • Train store associates to communicate Nespresso information with confidence
  • Operate the Nespresso Trade Mobile Application to register machine purchases and coffee orders

Requirements:

  • Retail, sales, or training related experience
  • Enthusiast of coffee-related beverages
  • Previous food demonstration experience a plus
  • Engaging attitude with superior interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
  • Paid online & in-store training sessions to certify you on Nespresso product knowledge
