Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and expert guidance to clients regarding various insurance products, including home, auto, and renters insurance. A strong understanding of industry trends and practices, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, is essential for success in this position.

To excel, you should possess a comprehensive knowledge of the insurance sector and stay informed about the latest developments. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively will be crucial. A genuine passion for assisting others and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service are vital attributes for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers with a positive demeanor, providing outstanding customer service and fostering strong relationships.
  • Guide clients through their insurance policies, addressing any inquiries they may have.
  • Modify and update insurance policies as necessary.
  • Process premium payments efficiently.
  • Generate Insurance Documentation (Certificates of Insurance, ID cards, etc.).
  • Coordinate appointments.
  • Conduct data entry and maintain precise records.
  • Handle confidential information with care, adhering to established protocols.

Qualifications
  • Georgia Property and Casualty License Required.
  • Experience in an office setting, utilizing a multiline phone system and computer software. Proficient typing and data entry skills are essential.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all communications, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems with attention to detail and accuracy.
