Position Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert guidance to clients regarding various insurance products, including home, auto, and renters insurance. A strong grasp of industry trends and practices, along with outstanding communication skills and problem-solving capabilities, is essential for success in this position.
To excel, you should possess a deep understanding of the insurance landscape and remain informed about the latest industry developments. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is crucial, as is a genuine passion for assisting others and delivering superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with a positive demeanor and provide outstanding customer service while building strong relationships.
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and address any inquiries they may have.
- Update and modify insurance policies as necessary.
- Process premium payments efficiently.
- Issue necessary insurance documentation (e.g., COI, ID cards).
- Schedule client appointments.
- Perform data entry and maintain precise records.
- Handle confidential information with care and adhere to established protocols.
Qualifications
- Georgia Property and Casualty License Required.
- Experience in an office setting, utilizing a multiline phone system, and proficient in computer software. Strong typing/data entry skills are essential.
- Exhibit professionalism in all forms of communication to foster a positive work environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems with attention to detail and accuracy.
