We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Consulting Account Lead to join our team at Toffler Associates, Inc. As a key member of our advisory firm, you will leverage your expertise in strategy and management consulting to deliver high-impact cyber services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex multimillion-dollar efforts related to capturing and delivering cybersecurity and resilience engagements with multiple work streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders, driving account expansion through thought leadership and go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee multi-faceted consulting projects that combine your experience in management consulting and cybersecurity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients and develop leads to sell services to new accounts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various accounts to provide cybersecurity expertise and drive account development.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets aligned with company goals.
  • Build and manage high-performing teams to deliver high-quality results for clients.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of strategic management consulting experience leading high-performing teams.
  • 10 years of experience leading federal agency or commercial cyber accounts with proven expansion, account management, and acquisition acumen.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and growing long-term relationships and accounts.
  • Executive-level team management, strategy, and customer success experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of cyber risk management and associated government policies.
  • Strong expertise in developing security architectures and integrating systems for enterprise infrastructures.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, master's degree preferred in Cybersecurity or a related field.
  • Level II or greater DoDD 8570 compliant certification.
  • U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance.
