The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of a branch operation for Alsco. This role reports to the Regional Manager.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Oversee all aspects of branch operations to ensure seamless execution and high-quality customer service.

• Ensure financial goals are met by effectively managing branch resources and implementing strategic initiatives.

• Train, motivate, and develop a strong team to drive branch growth and success.

• Monitor merchandise and inventory management to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

• Ensure all required administrative functions are performed in accordance with policy and in a timely manner.

• Maintain physical maintenance and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.

**Additional Responsibilities:**

• May work on various projects as assigned by management to drive business growth and improvement.

**Requirements:**

• 3+ years of experience in a general manager role within the linen supply or industrial laundry industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Superior organizational skills and ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff.

• Valid driver's license and a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety, or other violations.

• Strong commitment to superior customer service and business growth.

• Enthusiasm and exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Strong supervisory skills and experience.

• Successful experience dealing with unions and labor relations.

• College degree in Business or related field preferred.

**Physical Demands/Requirements:**

• Standing, sitting, walking, stooping, driving, grasping, moving equipment, pushing, pulling, reading, speaking, hearing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.

**Environmental Conditions:**

• Vehicles on public roads, inside general offices, customer locations, areas of a typical industrial laundry facility, Service Center, or depot.

**Travel Requirements:**

• Regularly driving by vehicle within a designated branch territory. Occasional travel by plane.
