LPN Medication Care Manager

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking a highly skilled LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team. As a Medication Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Review and update medication records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with medication administration policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and Wellness Nurse to ensure seamless medication management.
- Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on the latest medication management techniques and best practices.
Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
