Nonprofit Business Development Specialist

The position of Nonprofits Account Manager at Grassroots Analytics involves expanding the company's impact and increasing the number of nonprofit organizations utilizing their data and fundraising solutions. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in nonprofit development, digital fundraising, and marketing.
The responsibilities include:
- Client Onboarding & Account Management(40%): Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients, identify potential issues, and develop effective solutions to mitigate them.
- Targeting & Engaging Clients(20%): Develop a strategy for client targeting, explore new outreach methods, and convert prospects into clients.
- Converting Interest to Sales(20%): Develop a comprehensive understanding of GA's suite of services, present sales pitch decks, and drive the sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
- Cultivating Relationships(20%): Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit development teams and firms who can provide ongoing referrals.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in nonprofit development, be a skilled relationship builder, and demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, including base salary and commission. The position also comes with a competitive benefits package. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Washington, D.C.
