About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing member inquiries, questions, and concerns in all areas, including products, tracking numbers, and updating customer profiles. They will also verify customer billing information and shipping addresses, ensuring efficient and productive operation in a high-volume telephone call center.

In addition, they will route escalated calls to the Call Center Supervisor as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address member inquiries, questions, and concerns in all areas
  • Verify customer billing information and shipping addresses
  • Function efficiently and productively in a high-volume telephone call center
  • Route escalated calls to the Call Center Supervisor

The salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
