Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
As a Customer Advocate at Disabled Veteran Solutions, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients with their healthcare needs. You will be responsible for navigating complex medical systems, identifying solutions, and communicating effectively with clients and healthcare providers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Navigating PCPs, medications, appointments, and benefits on behalf of clients
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in insurance operations or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
