Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team as a Workplace Expert. This role will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of interior spaces for our clients, working closely with our sales team and end-users to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team and end-users to determine the planning and design requirements for their workspace.
  • Manage space planning, layout, and utilization of furnishings, including new and existing items, and finish and color coordination.
  • Develop detailed product specifications, product renderings, and presentation materials to support the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to deliver innovative and effective design solutions.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the design process.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years' experience in interior design in the commercial furniture industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in CET is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with others.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility codes and regulations.
  • Experience with space planning software and tools.
