**Qualifications:**

  • 3-7 years of experience in architectural design, focusing on senior living or multifamily projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant experience.
  • Excellent client-facing presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant building codes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
