Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our team at Interior Talent. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for leading design teams and overseeing the production of architectural designs for hospitality and multifamily projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day production on specific projects to meet deadlines accurately
  • Review and document code compliance, and communicate with management, clients, consultants, and contractors related to daily business operations
  • Guide, support, and manage job captains, designers, and interns to ensure accurate preparation of project construction documents and communication with and coordination of the preparation of documents with consultants, contractors, and team members
  • Troubleshoot production issues that may require visiting clients as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 5+ years of professional experience in hospitality and multifamily projects
  • Ability to use Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, MS Office Products
  • Advanced knowledge of architectural and interior finishes, lighting, millwork/case goods to carry out design intent
  • Ability to assist with design team management with a collaborative leadership style that puts value on relationships, both internal and external, as well as ensures high-quality design
  • Exceptional graphic presentation, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in client executive-level meetings and in writing
  • Ability to develop and complete projects without continued direct supervision
