Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, our clients will look to you as an advisor to assist them in finding the right insurance solutions. You will utilize your persuasive abilities and build trust with the clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new Property and Casualty or Group Insurance businesses
- Achieve sales goals and cultivate customer relationships
- Create insurance quotes based on prospects' personal needs and goals
- Discuss the benefits and close sales
Requirements:
- Texas Property and Casualty or Group Insurance License
- 2+ years of insurance industry experience
- OR 5+ years of demonstrated success in sales
- Able to build rapport quickly and bounce back from customer rejection
