Responsibilities:

  • Our ideal candidate will commit to a minimum of 20+ hours of work per week.

  • Effective communication and engagement with our team are essential, with regular use of our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • They will be responsible for reviewing underwriting guidelines and making informed product selections based on client needs.

Requirements:

  • A valid Life Insurance or Health Agent license is required, or the willingness to obtain one.
  • Our ideal candidate will possess a coachable, patient, ambitious, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Basic computer skills and a smartphone/laptop are essential for success in this role.
