Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pet Hospital Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting hospital services, maximizing productivity, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team.
  • Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through efficient and productive management of the hospital environment.
  • Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times, including educating clients about their pet's health and hospital services.
Requirements:
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, veterinarians, and other hospital staff.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
