About the Role:

We're seeking an exceptional individual to lead our National Security Sales efforts. As a Space Industry Leadership and Strategy Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing capture strategies, leading campaign teams, and securing partnerships with government agencies and industry partners.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the space industry. You'll work closely with senior leadership, technical staff, and customers to drive success and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement capture strategies for National Security Space programs
  • Lead campaign teams to secure partnerships and contracts with government agencies and industry partners
  • Track USG programs of interest, including budget, Congressional actions, industry participation, and technical requirements
  • Assess competitor capabilities and offerings to understand market position and competitiveness
  • Communicate Blue Origin's positions on issues to Congressional and USG agency offices
  • Engage with current and prospective government and industry customers to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Collaborate with Blue Origin technical staff to translate complex technical matters into accessible information
  • Manage consultants as necessary to support various initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
  • 15+ years of experience in U.S. Government space-related activities and programs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Government contracting experience, including knowledge of contract management and proposal evaluations
  • Active Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)

Compensation Range:

The estimated salary for this role is $173,737.50-$243,232.50 per year, depending on location. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the requisition is closed.
