Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Servicing Estimator to join our team at Tiffany & Co. As a key member of our Service Operations team, you will be responsible for accurately developing timing and pricing of estimate orders, creating orders for client direct shipments, and managing individual work with close attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate Development: Accurately develop timing and pricing of estimate orders, using the correct resources provided.
  • Order Creation: Create orders for client direct shipments within established time frames and production standards.
  • Work Management: Manage individual work with close attention to detail to ensure orders are created with high quality and within expected turn times.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between the Service Center and all internal clients.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively work with management with any repair service issues and/or client escalations.
  • Communication: Communicate workflow effectively through updating memos and following up on orders, including those awaiting parts.
  • Project Support: Assist management with projects, flex assignments and/or ongoing tasks to meet the needs of the business as needed.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as an internal client advocate by working with all departments at the Tiffany Service Center and obtaining information necessary for resolution of client issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate accordingly with responsible parties.

Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' of jewelry experience and minimum 3 years' business experience with strong operational background
  • Skills: Strong client service orientation, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, meticulous attention to detail, strong English language verbal and written communication skills, strong initiative and the ability to work without constant direction, excellent organizational abilities to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, and high ability to collaborate, build strong business relations and influence without direct authority
  • Preferred Qualifications: Completion of Graduate Gemology degree or completion of courses, knowledge in AS400, MIPS, POS or Salesforce, and Tiffany & Co. product knowledge

Compensation: The hiring range for this position ranges from $24 - 33/hr. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
