Key Responsibilities

  • Guide project teams through every stage of implementation, encompassing requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, and deployment. Track project progress, scope, timelines, and budget for assigned initiatives.
  • Collaborate to address intricate challenges, translating business objectives into actionable strategies and solutions. Recognize and capitalize on opportunities for enhancement.
  • Establish trusted partnerships with business sponsors and key stakeholders to fulfill organizational goals, manage expectations, and effectively communicate progress.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline
  • Exceptional communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate cross-functional relationships in a collaborative team environment
  • Self-driven, proactive, and innovative team player with a desire to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Previous experience managing complex projects
  • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting user requirements for project outcomes
