About the Role
HCA Physician Services is seeking an Associate Pathologist to join our team at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital. As a key member of our pathology team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic services to patients and physicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform anatomic and clinical pathology procedures, including histopathology and cytopathology
- Interpret laboratory results and provide accurate diagnoses
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in pathology
Requirements
- Board certification or eligibility in anatomic and clinical pathology
- Sub-specialty training preferred
- Committed to learning and advancing in the field of digital pathology
- Florida licensed or FCVS in place preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
